We’d like to welcome Luke to the crew. A kiwi lad who moved to Sydney to follow his passion in fitness and rugby. Luke excels in Rugby Union and plays first grade for Easts Rugby. Rugby is his life and fitness is his passion.
A larakan with a heart of gold, Lukey is an easy-going guy who likes to see people around him succeed. At a the spritely age of 24, he is full of energy and enthusiasm. He utlises his rugby leadership skills to motivate and get the most out of his clients. Dont be fooled by his age though. Luke holds a bachelor of sport coaching in strength and conditioning with nutrition, and a few seasons coaching in strength and fitness.
