Pre & Post Natal

Prior to giving birth exercise is very important. It will help increase your energy levels, make you more physically capable when it comes to the birth, ease pregnancy induced aches and pains, reduce the likelihood of illness, improve your self-image, help you sleep better, and reduce those baby blues.

After birth you want to get back into your pre pregnancy body ASAP. This stage of the training will be more enduring than pre natal exercising and will further aid in the increase of energy levels, correct any physiological changes caused throughout the pregnancy and get you back into shape as quickly as possible. We have developed programs with you and your baby in mind, and attempt to make the process as comfortable for you as possible. We can train wherever suits you, whether it be at home, in the park, in the gym, even in your office.
